ASUS has introduced the Radeon RX 7800 XT Dual OC and Radeon RX 7700 XT Dual OC graphics cards. These cards feature relatively compact cooling systems consisting of two fans. Notably, ASUS’s portfolio of AMD RDNA 3 architecture-based accelerators is mainly comprised of models from the TUF Gaming and Dual series, with a more varied and extensive range for NVIDIA cards.

Both the Radeon RX 7800 XT Dual and Radeon RX 7700 XT Dual are based on the Navi 32 GPUs. The RX 7800 XT Dual includes 3840 shader units and a factory overclock to a gaming frequency of 2213 MHz (4.2% above the reference model) and a Boost frequency of 2520 MHz (3.2% above the reference). In contrast, the RX 7700 XT Dual includes 3456 shader units with frequencies of 2239 MHz and 2599 MHz, surpassing reference values by 3.6% and 2.2%, respectively. Overclock settings can be adjusted using the ASUS GPU Tweak application. The RX 7800 XT Dual features 16 GB of GDDR6 memory at 19.5 Gbps per pin with 256-bit bus support, while the RX 7700 XT Dual is equipped with 12 GB of GDDR6 memory at 18 Gbps per pin with a 192-bit bus.

Both cards utilize a 2.47-slot expansion cooling system. Notably, both models use the Dual design, which was previously exclusive to NVIDIA cards. Compared to the previous generation’s Radeon RX 6000 series, these new models feature an updated cooler design. Each card has two 8-pin connectors for additional power.

These cards are not yet available in stores but have appeared in the databases of some European retailers, priced approximately €100 higher than the cheapest custom variants of these graphics cards. However, these are only preliminary prices, as they are currently more expensive than the more overclocked TUF Gaming models.
